GRAVE DECORATIONS
PLEASE REMEMBER, THESE DECORATION REGULATIONS ARE PUT IN PLACE TO HELP MAINTAIN THE CEMETERY AND TO MAKE IT APPEALING TO ALL VISITORS.
There are NO plantings of any kind allowed except by Cemetery personnel.
Artificial flowers are ONLY permitted in vases provided by the owner of the grave that can be RECESSED into the ground or foundation when not in use.
Any faded/ragged decorations will be removed by Cemetery personnel.
NO artificial trees, shrubs, or ANY other artificial decoration are permitted on graves, aisles, or any other part of the cemetery. EXCEPTION: Christmas decorations may be placed after November 15 and will be removed by the Cemetery on or after March 15 of the following year.
NO fence, curbing or railing shall be put on or around any grave.
In the event ANY of the above RULES & REGULATIONS are violated, the Cemetery or assigned agent, upon discovery of the violation, will remove and destroy any object in violation.
NO shepherds hooks of any kind are allowed
CONDUCT OF PERSONS WITHIN THE CEMETERY
The Cemetery grounds will be open from dawn to dusk.
The Cemetery shall in no way be held liable for any injuries sustained by anyone while in the Cemetery.
Special cases may arise in which the literal enforcement of a rule may impose unnecessary hardship. The Board reserves the right, without notice, to make exceptions, suspensions, and/or modifications to any of these rules and regulations when it seems advisable. Such temporary exceptions, suspensions and/or modifications, shall in no way, be construed as affecting the general application of such rules.
